2. Renting Procedures
A client should apply to the bank for renting an SDB with his/her ID card or other valid ID certificate, and sign the lease term with the bank. Each SDB has two locks attached. One is unlocked by the bank; the other is used by the client specially. For safety, the SDB can only be opened when two keys are used together. When the client loses the key, nobody is entitled to open the SDB without authorization.
After paying the rent and the guarantee deposit, the client may choose an SDB number. The bank will give two special keys for the SDB to the client, and these two keys will be kept by the client.

3. Opening Procedures
The client may come to the bank during office hours (from 8:30 to 17:30) to handle the SDB opening procedure. There is no limitation to the frequency of opening. If the client intends to authorize another person to open the SDB, he/she should sign an authorization letter with BIN.

4. Loss of Key
Each SDB is attached with only two keys for the client. If the client loses the key, he/she should inform the bank promptly, fill out the report of loss and change the lock. The expenses from change of lock should be assumed by the client.
