Ba-Lu-Tong Remittance
“Ba-Lu-Tong” is a new service of BIN aimed to facilitate the remittance of citizens in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan , and overseas citizens to their friends or families in Mainland China . The distinctive feature of this service is that funds can be remitted safely to the beneficiary even when the remitter does not have the beneficiary's number of the bank account.
With Ba-Lu-Tong, the remitter remits the fund to BIN's overseas account, and BIN will deduct USD20 service charge from the amount received, convert the balance into RMB based on the foreign exchange quotation of the day, and remit it to the beneficiary.
The remitter should fax to BIN the name, address and postal code of the beneficiary in Chinese after the transaction.
